It ensures compliance with EN 12390-3, EN 12504-1, and ASTM C42 standards by accurately cutting cores and test samples to the required dimensions and tolerances.

• Versatile Cutting Capability:

  • Suitable for specimens with diameters ranging from Ø38 mm to Ø110 mm using the supplied V-shaped holder with fixing mechanism.
  • Cutting blades and holders for specimens Ø110 mm to Ø160 mm are available separately.

• Precision Clamping System:
  Equipped with a special clamp assembly to securely hold specimens during the cutting process, ensuring clean and accurate cuts.

• Integrated Water Cooling System:
  A water circulation pump is included to cool the cutting blade and reduce dust, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

• Compliance with Testing Standards:
  Prepares specimens to meet the length-to-diameter ratio and surface tolerances required for compressive strength tests. Flatness and perpendicularity tolerances can be achieved by combining the cutting process with grinding using UTC-1040 or UTC-1060 machines.
